However, in the case of and item(s) being out of stock we may wish to ship in multiple shipments to complete the order at no additional cost to you. In this case, you may be notified of the delay and estimated ship date. We do not have an automated shipment search on this website. Any item(s) returned after the 7 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or refused due to condition. All items must be returned in new condition and with all original contents and packing materials. Any item(s) returned with unusual markings, scratches ,dings, dents ,etc. will be returned to you at your expense ( No exceptions). Special ordered items , LAYAWAYS , clearance items , blowout items , books , DVD's, educational materials and used mouthpieces are not returnable nor exchangeable. Used instruments are sold as is with no implied warranty whatsoever. New Instruments are only warrantied directly from manufacturer. See specific manufacturer for their warranty regulations and coverages

    Custom mouthpiece work requires 100% payment upfront and can not be canceled once work has begun

    Any mouthpiece exchanged or returned with incur a 20% restocking / sterilization fee
