Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other
reproductive harm.  Exposure to these chemicals may take place when products are acquired or used. Exposure may also occur in homes, workplaces, or other environments in California. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list was first published in 1987, and must be updated at least once a year. It now includes over 900 chemicals.

Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin.  The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment established this website to provide the public with information on chemicals, products and places often associated with Proposition 65 warnings.  These warnings inform Californians about their exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. 

Visiting this website regularly will help you learn about these chemicals and how you can reduce your exposure to them.  We will be adding new information frequently.

In the case of item(s) being out of stock or sold even though item still shows on the website. You shall be notified. We can then decide  together if we ship everything but the item(s) that were previously sold to modify the order or simply cancel the order.

Estimated Delivery: Your order leaves our warehouse A.S.A.P.. If an order placed through our website will take more than 1 week to fill, we shall inform you by email only. Once your order has been shipped , the National Delivery transit time is 3 to 7 business days Estimated total time for package to reach national destination is 1.5 to 2.5 weeks

International Orders may take double the time to reach their destination due to customs and import regulations of destination country. Please research your country's policies prior to purchase on our website. Most orders ship out within a week ( 7 seven business days ) of placed order. However, in the case of and item(s) being out of stock or discontinued we may wish to ship in multiple shipments to complete the order at no additional cost to you. In this case, you will be notified of the delay and estimated ship date.

Gerry Lopez Music, Inc. does not charge nor collect import/export fees for your destination country, these fees are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY upon import.

If an international order is returned due to you not picking up due to not wanting to pay duties / taxes or if the shipping company could not contact you because you provided incorrect or insufficient info. You will be responsible to ALL charges incurred.

We do not have an automated shipment search on this website. In the case you need shipment information , please send an email to gerrylopezmusic@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We recommend paying the insurance! 

If an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete we request to be notified immediately or within 24 hours of receipt for proper action to be taken.

Regarding Refunds.

we do offer refunds, store credit or exchange ONLY provided the item(s) you purchased are shipped back with ALL original materials within 14 days of original date of purchase. 

You will be refunded via the way you paid originally.

**Credit card payments will be charged a 4% processing fee for any return**

 Items must are subject to inspection upon arrival. If items are scratched dented, broken due to your usage or return shipping we will determine course of action or deny return. Some items may need to be sanitized or polished for resale such as mouthpieces or instruments. 

Mouthpieces returned will incur a $5.00 per mouthpiece fee.

Instruments returned will incur a $50.00 fee.

Used Mouthpieces are NOT RETURNABLE /NOT REFUNDABLE They are as-is.

ANY Special order item is NOT RETURNABLE /NOR REFUNDABLE

CONSIGNMENT INSTRUMENTS sales are NOT RETURNABLE/NOR REFUNDABLE

 To take advantage of this provision , you must email us before returning item(s) to receive our authorization.
