In the case of item(s) being out of stock or sold even though item still shows on the website. You shall be notified. We can then decide together if we ship everything but the item(s) that were previously sold to modify the order or simply cancel the order.
Estimated Delivery: Your order leaves our warehouse A.S.A.P.. If an order placed through our website will take more than 1 week to fill, we shall inform you by email only. Once your order has been shipped , the National Delivery transit time is 3 to 7 business days Estimated total time for package to reach national destination is 1.5 to 2.5 weeks
International Orders may take double the time to reach their destination due to customs and import regulations of destination country. Please research your country's policies prior to purchase on our website. Most orders ship out within a week ( 7 seven business days ) of placed order. However, in the case of and item(s) being out of stock or discontinued we may wish to ship in multiple shipments to complete the order at no additional cost to you. If an international order is returned due to you not picking up due to not wanting to pay duties / taxes or if the shipping company could not contact you because you provided incorrect or insufficient info. You will be responsible to ALL charges incurred.

If an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete we request to be notified immediately or within 24 hours of receipt for proper action to be taken.

Mouthpieces returned will incur a $5.00 per mouthpiece fee.
Instruments returned will incur a $50.00 fee.
Used Mouthpieces are NOT RETURNABLE. They are as-is.

CONSIGNMENT INSTRUMENTS sales are NOT RETURNABLE.
