Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other
reproductive harm.  Exposure to these chemicals may take place when products are acquired or used. Exposure may also occur in homes, workplaces, or other environments in California. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list was first published in 1987, and must be updated at least once a year. It now includes over 900 chemicals.

Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin.  The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment established this website to provide the public with information on chemicals, products and places often associated with Proposition 65 warnings.  These warnings inform Californians about their exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. 

Visiting this website regularly will help you learn about these chemicals and how you can reduce your exposure to them.  We will be adding new information frequently.

Inventory & Availability
While we strive to maintain an accurate online inventory, items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If an item is out of stock or sold out, we will notify you promptly. We will then work with you to either modify the order (shipping available items only) or cancel the transaction entirely.Processing & Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping: Most orders depart our warehouse within 7 business days. If fulfillment is expected to exceed one week, we will notify you via email. Standard domestic transit takes 3–7 business days, with an estimated total delivery window of 1.5 to 2.5 weeks.
• International Shipping: International orders may take significantly longer due to customs and import regulations. We recommend researching your local import policies prior to purchase.
• Partial Shipments: If an item is backordered or discontinued, we may ship your order in multiple installments at no additional cost to you. You will be notified of any such delays and provided with updated shipping estimates.

International Duties & Fees
Gerry Lopez Music, Inc. does not collect import or export fees. All duties, taxes, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned because of unpaid duties or incorrect contact information provided by the customer, the customer remains responsible for all incurred shipping and handling charges.

Tracking & Liability

• Tracking: We do not offer automated shipment tracking on our website. For status updates, please email us at gerrylopezmusic@gmail.com.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all merchandise pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
• Damages: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Any claims for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are returned with all original materials. All returns must receive prior authorization via email before being shipped back.

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing Fees: Credit card returns are subject to a 4% processing fee.
• Condition & Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. Items that are scratched, dented, or broken due to customer use or improper return packaging may be denied.
• Sanitization Fees: A cleaning fee of $5.00 per mouthpiece and $50.00 per instrument will be deducted from the refund to cover professional sanitization and polishing.

Non-Returnable Items
The following sales are final and not eligible for return or refund:

• Used Mouthpieces (Sold "As-Is")
• Special Order Items meaning items not in stock specifically ordered for you.
• Consignment Instruments
• Books , CDS, DVDS
